Abstract
ABSTRACT Miranti, Selfi., Sari, Meliyana Perwita., Santoso, Joko., 2025 Satisfaction with Providing Information and Educational Communication (KIE) to Visitors to the Saditan Pasarbatang Brebes Pharmacy. Patient satisfaction is a benchmark used to measure the success of pharmaceutical services. Communication, Information, and Drug Education are service activities carried out by pharmacists and pharmacy vocational personnel to provide clear and accurate explanations as expected by patients or even better. This research aimed to determine the satisfaction of providing Information and Education Communication (KIE) to the visitors of Saditan Pasarbatang Brebes Pharmacy. The method used in this research is quantitative description. The data Collection techniques were through distributing questionnaires to visitors to the Saditan Pasarbatang Pharmacy. The Type of data collected in this study is primay data. This research was conducted on 84 visitors of the Saditan Pasarbatang Brebes Pharmacy in October 2024 using Quota Sampling. Based on the results of the data analysis study conducted by researchers on 84 respondents, the results were categorized as satisfactory. This result showed a percentage result of 83,84%. It can be concluded that visitors are satisified with the provision of Information and Education Communication (KIE) services at the Saditan Pharmacy Pasarbatang Brebes.
