Abstract
The Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) for Health is an institution established by the government to implement the National Health Insurance program through the introduction of a health insurance system. With the existence of a government regulation, the elimination of BPJS Health classes will be replaced with class divisions on the Health Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) with several provisions that will be given to BPJS Health participants. The JKN inpatient class (KRI) will have two standard classes. The purpose of this study is to analyze the response of the community to the implementation of standard class policies on the Social Security Administration for Health. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of this study are that not all of the public's knowledge of the implementation of the health standard class policy knows information about the existence of a standard class for replacing class 1, 2 and 3 at the Social Security Administering Body for Health. And there are still many respondents who do not know about the purpose of the BPJS Kesehatan standard class program. In participating in BPJS Kesehatan, most of the people in Tegal Regency are active participants. The majority of the people of Tegal district still vote for Class 1, 2 and 3 Health Social Security Administering Bodies and many object to the standard class policy program (A&B) Health Health Social Security Administering Body
