Abstract

Rizky, Windi., Prabandari, Sari., Ika, Rosaria., 2025. An Overview of Drug Planning and Procurement at Sinbe Farma Pharmacy, Slawi. Proper drug planning and procurement play a significant role in determining drug stock that meets healthcare service needs with guaranteed quality and availability when required. This research aimed to identify the overview of drug planning and procurement at Sinbe Farma Pharmacy Slawi. This research used descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The type of data collected in this study is primary data. The research results showed that drug planning was carried out based on patient needs and disease patterns. Drug procurement is conducted based on the planned drug requirements. Drug procurement was done through direct purchases, credit, and consignment, with purchases made only from official distributors or pharmaceutical wholesalers (PBF). This research concludes that an effective drug planning and procurement process requires a good management system and should be tailored to patient needs. The planning and procurement processes can improve efficiency and reduce the risk of drug stock shortages or surpluses. Keywords: Drug Procurement, Overview, Planning, Sinbe Farma Pharmacy.
