Abstract
Puspa, Amalia, Aliepiah., Riyanta, Aldi, Budi., Susanto, Agus., 2023. Overview of Patient Satisfaction in Drug Information Services at the Brebes Public Health Center Pharmaceutical services are addressed to sufferers or patients, and drug information services are part of pharmacy services, this is very important in the health that is owned by the Puskesmas. Errors in drug use often occur due to a need for more drug information provided. The purpose of this research was to find out the level of patient satisfaction regarding drug information services. This type of research is descriptive research using a survey method and collecting data using a questionnaire with 25 questions about drug information services provided as the data taken from November to December 2022. This research involved 110 respondents who were taken from all patients arriving at the Brebes Public Health Center. From the results regarding the Overview of Drug Information Services at the Brebes Health Center, the percentage in 5 dimensions is as follows, the Reliability Dimension was 79.18%, the Responsiveness Dimension was 75.45%, the Tangible Facilities Dimension was 74.45%, the Guarantee Dimension was 83.64% and the last dimension uses the Empathy Dimension of 84.45%. Based on the results of patients’ satisfaction with drug information services at the Brebes Health Center with an average of 110 respondents, 79.24% were very satisfied.
