Abstract
Anggraeni, Harum Tiara ; Muldiyana, Tya.; Tivani, Inur., 2023. Overview of Patient Satisfaction with Pharmaceutical Services at Tegal Barat Public Health Center. Patient satisfaction is a part that cannot be ignored if a Puskesmas wants to survive and develop. New patients will feel satisfied if the performance of the health services they get exceeds expectations. The purpose of this research was to find out the description of patient satisfaction regarding pharmaceutical services at the Tegal Public Health Center. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data were collected from respondents using a questionnaire. The population in this research were all patients who received pharmaceutical services at the Tegal Barat Public Health Center in September 2022. The samples were obtained using the Slovin formula so that 100 respondents were obtained to represent the population. Data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed that the level of patient satisfaction, namely on the tangible dimension, an average score of 3.48 was obtained for the satisfied category, on the reliability dimension, an average score was obtained for 3.43 for the satisfied category, on the responsiveness dimension the average score was obtained average 3.55 satisfied category, on the assurance dimension obtained an average score of 3.51 satisfied category, on the empathy dimension obtained an average score of 3.59 satisfied category.
